Effective / last reviewed: September 26, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the public Alexti Global, LLC website, including contact forms, investor inquiries, property submissions, opportunity-brief requests and ordinary technical operation of the website. It does not automatically govern information collected under a separate contract, through another Alexti entity, through a third-party platform with its own privacy terms, or in connection with a transaction whose definitive documents contain a different privacy notice.
2. Information you choose to provide
Depending on the form you use, the website may collect your name, company or organization, email address, telephone number, inquiry type, indicative investment range, property or opportunity location, the opportunity you were viewing, and the message or other information you choose to submit. If you submit a property or business opportunity, your message may include property-related details that you voluntarily provide.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, bank-account information, card information, passwords, medical information or other highly sensitive personal information through the ordinary public inquiry form. If a later transaction requires sensitive diligence, Alexti Global should provide an appropriate secure process for that purpose.
3. Inquiry source and first-touch context
The current custom website may retain limited first-touch context associated with a submitted inquiry, such as UTM campaign parameters, referring website host and the initial landing path. This information is used to understand which outreach, referral or campaign source generated an inquiry and to improve business follow-up.
The current Alexti Global theme/Core build does not intentionally install a third-party behavioral-advertising pixel or third-party analytics script. Hosting, security, email, content-delivery or other production services can nevertheless process ordinary technical data under their own terms. If Alexti Global later enables new analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, this policy should be reviewed and updated before or when those tools are deployed as required by applicable law.
4. Technical information and server logs
When you access a website, the hosting environment and security systems may automatically process technical information such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested URL, referring URL, response code and security-event information. This information may be used for site delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, fraud detection, performance, logging and cybersecurity.
5. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies
WordPress and related services may use cookies or similar storage for functions such as authenticated administrator sessions, form/security behavior, preferences, or other essential site operations. The Alexti Global inquiry attribution feature may use browser session storage to preserve limited first-touch campaign context during a browsing session so that source information can accompany a submitted inquiry.
If non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are introduced later, Alexti Global should evaluate whether a consent or opt-out mechanism and additional disclosures are required for the jurisdictions and technologies involved.
6. How information is used
Information collected through the website may be used to respond to inquiries; discuss real-estate, development or investment opportunities; evaluate property submissions; route requests to appropriate personnel; maintain an internal inquiry record; schedule follow-up; understand lead sources; protect the site; prevent spam and abuse; diagnose technical issues; maintain required business records; comply with law; enforce website terms; and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
7. Legal and business grounds for processing
Depending on the situation and applicable law, Alexti Global may process information because you requested a response or took steps toward a potential business relationship, because processing is reasonably necessary for legitimate business and security purposes, because you consented, or because processing is needed to comply with a legal obligation or protect legal rights.
8. How information may be disclosed
Alexti Global may disclose information to authorized personnel and to service providers that support hosting, email delivery, cybersecurity, backups, website maintenance, professional services or other legitimate business operations. Information may also be disclosed to attorneys, accountants, lenders, title or escrow professionals, contractors, brokers, consultants or transaction participants when reasonably necessary for a matter you asked Alexti Global to evaluate, subject to appropriate professional or contractual safeguards where applicable.
Information may be disclosed when required by subpoena, court order, law or lawful governmental request; to investigate suspected fraud, abuse or security incidents; to protect rights, property or safety; or as part of a merger, financing, restructuring, asset transfer or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
9. Sale of personal information and targeted advertising
Alexti Global does not intend the ordinary website inquiry process to function as a business for selling personal information. The current custom website build does not intentionally deploy cross-site behavioral advertising pixels. If the company later changes those practices, it should update this policy and provide any legally required opt-out mechanism before or when the changed practice applies.
Some state privacy laws define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly than an ordinary cash sale. Alexti Global will evaluate and honor legally required rights where an applicable state privacy law covers the company and the relevant processing activity.
10. Data minimization
Alexti Global’s public forms are designed to request business-contact and opportunity information rather than unnecessary sensitive data. The company should collect only information reasonably needed for the purpose at hand, restrict access to personnel who need it, and avoid retaining information indefinitely merely because storage is available.
11. Retention
Inquiry and related business information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, evaluate future opportunities, satisfy legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, document consent, protect against fraud or security incidents, or establish legal rights. Different categories may have different retention periods. When information is no longer reasonably needed, Alexti Global should delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it where practical and consistent with legal requirements.
12. Security
Alexti Global uses administrative and technical measures intended to reduce unauthorized access to the website and inquiry information. The custom platform includes controls such as restricted administrative access, login-rate limiting, reduced WordPress attack surface, security headers and operational monitoring. Production security also depends on hosting, passwords, multi-factor authentication, updates, backups, email security and other operational controls outside the public page itself.
No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should use appropriate care when sending information online and should not use the public form for credentials or highly sensitive financial information.
13. Alabama breach-notification considerations
Alexti Global is based in Alabama. Alabama law includes requirements concerning reasonable safeguards and notification following certain breaches involving sensitive personally identifying information. If an incident occurs, Alexti Global should investigate it and follow applicable notification and response requirements based on the information involved, affected individuals and likelihood of harm.
14. Email communications
If you submit an inquiry, Alexti Global may respond by email or telephone about that request. If the company later sends commercial or promotional email, it should use accurate sender information and comply with applicable requirements concerning identification, postal address and opt-out mechanisms. Transactional, relationship and legally required communications may be treated differently under applicable law.
15. State privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular state privacy statute applies to Alexti Global, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, limitation of certain processing, or opting out of certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising. Many state statutes include business-size, revenue, data-volume or other applicability thresholds and exceptions, so rights vary by jurisdiction and circumstance.
To make a privacy request, contact info@alextiglobal.com with enough information for the company to understand and reasonably verify the request. Alexti Global may request additional information where legally permitted to verify identity or authority and may deny or limit a request where an exception applies. Authorized agents should identify their authority to act for another person.
16. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not have a single uniform legal or technical standard across all websites. Because the current custom site is not designed around third-party behavioral advertising, it does not presently rely on a separate Do Not Track workflow. If the website later engages in processing for which an applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, Alexti Global should implement the legally required response.
17. Children
This website is intended for adults and business users seeking real-estate, investment or development information. It is not directed to children under 13, and Alexti Global does not knowingly seek personal information from children through the public inquiry process. If the company learns that a child submitted information inappropriately, it should take reasonable steps to delete it.
18. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to government records, market-data providers, Alexti Realty or other external services. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies. A link does not make Alexti Global responsible for another organization’s privacy practices.
19. Nationwide visitors and international access
The website can be accessed outside Alabama. Privacy obligations can vary by state, country and the nature of the visitor relationship. Alexti Global’s principal website operations are directed from the United States. Visitors outside the United States should understand that information they submit may be processed in the United States, subject to applicable law.
20. Changes to this policy
Alexti Global may revise this Privacy Policy when its website, data practices, vendors, legal obligations or business processes change. The effective or review date at the top should be updated when a material revision is made. Material changes should not be applied retroactively in a manner inconsistent with applicable law or a prior promise without an appropriate legal basis.
21. Contact
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to info@alextiglobal.com or mailed to Alexti Global, LLC, 490 Wildwood Cir N, Suite 140, Homewood, AL 35209.
22. Privacy and security resources
For general U.S. business privacy and security guidance, see the Federal Trade Commission Privacy and Security resources. For Alabama breach-notification information, see the Alabama Attorney General’s Data Breach Notification page.
23. Public website assistant
The website may provide an Alexti Global public information assistant that answers questions about information published on the website, including company information, investment focus, current opportunities, market context, Selected Activity, website policies and contact information. The assistant is designed to use Alexti Global website data and curated site facts rather than inventing unpublished information.
In the current public-assistant implementation, the assistant does not intentionally store public chat transcripts in the WordPress database and does not send chat questions to a third-party generative-AI provider. A visitor’s question is processed to produce a website-information response. Short-lived technical data may be processed for abuse prevention and rate limiting, and ordinary hosting/security logs may record request information such as IP address, time, browser or request path. If a visitor chooses to continue through the Contact page, the information submitted through that form is handled under the inquiry practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The assistant is informational only. It is not an investment adviser, attorney, tax adviser, broker, appraiser or substitute for project-specific diligence. When the assistant does not have enough verified website information to answer a question, it is designed to stop rather than guess and direct the visitor to Alexti Global’s Contact page for human follow-up.
Policy administration: This policy is designed for the current informational real-estate investment website. It should be reviewed whenever Alexti Global adds an investor portal, online payments, sensitive financial-document collection, new analytics/advertising technology, a third-party AI provider, persistent assistant conversation storage, or another material data-processing function.
